Dr. Louis Chen is the Advisor of World Citizen Alliance. He earned his LL.M. in School of Law of University of Washington, USA and LL.D. in Faculty of Law of University of Ottawa, Canada. With his expertise and enthusiasm, Dr. Chen served as various roles in private, governmental and public sectors in his career including the Chairman of Public Television Service Foundation; the Chairman of Chinese Television System Corp.; the Professor in Faculty of Law, National Taipei University and the visiting Scholar, UC Berkeley (Institute of East Asian Studies) & National University of Singapore (Faculty of Law). He was the board director of Taipei Exchange, Commissioner of Financial Reforms Commission, Executive Yuan; the Board Director of Securities & Futures Investors Protection Center; and Partner, Chen & Associates Law Firm and the Associate, Baker & McKenzie.

Currently, Dr. Chen serves as the Chairman of ESG World Citizens & Digital Governance Foundation, professor of Institute of IP, National Taipei University of Technology and the Professor in Faculty of Law of National Taipei University. He also serves as the independent director of Citibank (Taiwan), and the
Chairman of Chairman of Digital Governance Association. His current major interest is in corporate governance, brand and global trends. Dr. Chen has published several books: Global Mind & World Citizens, Corporate Social Responsibility & Corporate Governance, Global Trends and Global Governance, Legal Reforms of Corporate Governance, Global Brands and Trademark.

Jessica is Director of World Citizen Alliance Canada, CEO of Powered by Jessica and a Master Certified Civility Trainer, Certified Relational Skills Practitioner, and Certified Credibility Officer. She is an active member of Apprenticeship Manitoba who instructs trades’ qualification candidates in a robust program to prepare them for practical work environments. In addition, she works with government sector councils as an advisor to assist in the commitment to maintain the partnership between industry and government. Activities include policy advocacy, industry recommendations, updating exams, and school protocols. As a Government Examiner, Ms. LoRusso contributes to the trades by maintaining industry standards for trades qualification candidates. 

Marwan is Director of World Citizen Alliance Middle East, Director of Civility Experts Lebanon, Founder and President of Roleplay NGO, and Founder of “M.A. Powers” & “La Maison de l’étiquette”. In addition experience in M.I.C.E and publishing, Marwan is a published author, curriculum developer, and candidate for Certification as a Life Coach (ICF accreditation). With a niche expertise in teaching change readiness and how to preserve the human factor and leadership qualities in the age of Robotics and RPA, Mr. Asmar is currently finishing his PhD thesis in E-government & the UN sustainable development goals. He is committed to World Citizen and lectures ongoing in Universities in the middle east about the importance of E-Government.

Harsha is Director of World Citizen Alliance India, she has successfully developed two original-concept based Institutes advocating holistic development of aspiring University students . Harsha is a certified trainer with multiple executive Educational bodies. Recently, she has been responsible for the inception and  establishment of the prestigious ‘School of Etiquette and Finishing Skills’ in Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshamangarh, Rajasthan Upon her appointment as the Founder Principal, she is running it as a profit Centre which is transforming Etiquette, Civility and Soft Skills education across India

Darrell is Director of World Citizen Alliance HK/China, he isan Associate with iQe International Quality Education Consultants and Director of HKG Educational Logistics. He has been a teacher, team leader, supervisor, department head, associate principal, and principal.  In addition to more than 6 academic degrees and credentials, Mr. Stewart has educational experience with administrative leadership roles in China since 2009, including principalship at Clifford International School in Guangzhou. He assisted in the start-up and Principalship at The International School of Sanya 2012-2014 and subsequently became International Advisor to the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology College.  Darrell has overseen the placement of students to over 60 universities.
